Gloria Jean Soncarato

Gloria Jean Soncarato, 83, of New Carlisle, passed away on Tuesday, October 8, 2024. She was born June 25, 1941, in Dayton, the daughter of the late Maynard and Betty Moore. Gloria had a passion for cooking and having gatherings for her family and friends. Her passion for cooking led her to work in food service for 30 years after a 20-year career as a hair stylist. She adored her family, especially all of her little Angels. Gloria is survived by her children David (Linda) Godfrey, Tina (Brad) Clark, and Gina (Jeff) Miller; sister Pat Spence; grandchildren who lovingly referred to her as Grammy; Sierra (Aadam) Adkins, Jayme Martin, Jordan Stutz, Paige Stutz, Jaydon Stutz, Brandon Clark, Donivan Clark, Hannah (Mike) Unser, Bailey (Tyler) Weinert, and Camryn Miller; twelve great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents and grandson Matt Martin. Visitation will be held Tuesday, October 15, 2024, from 11am-1pm with the funeral to honor Gloria beginning at 1:00pm at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home.
