Gladys Fay Wilson, 73 of Springfield passed away peacefully in her home following a long length illness on Sunday February 28, 2016. Gladys was born on August 14, 1942 in Morehead Kentucky. The daughter of Billie Fultz and Ethel Johnson. Gladys was full of life and always had a smile on her face. She loved all animals especially her cat "Spencer". She always took pride in doing things for others. Survivors include her daughter Tina (Wilson) Newhart of Springfield, Ohio, One sister Susie Duvall and one brother Johnny Duvall both of Springfield, Special nephew Mark (Beth) Duvall, 3 grandchildren ; Ashley (Tim) Boeke, K.J Newhart, Kody (Ashley) Newhart all of Springfield, Several nephew and nieces, great nephew and nieces and 7 Great Grandchildren, Close friend of the family Donna Pierce (Wanda). Gladys is proceeded in death by her parents Billie Fultz and Ethel Johnson, Brother William Fultz and Sister Norma Latham. The family would like to give special thanks to all the aides for their help and making Gladys a part of their family. Also a special thanks to Hospice of Dayton. A gathering of family and friends will be held Tuesday from 5-7PM at RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. A service to honor Gladys will be Wednesday at 11:00AM in the Memorial Home with burial to follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.
