Gladys Marie Scott

Gladys M. Scott, 88, of New Carlisle, OH, formerly of St. Paris, OH, passed away Saturday, December 24, 2022. Born May 23, 1934, in Connersville, IN, to Virgil and Alice Moore. On February 26, 1962, she married Kyle “Scotty” Scott, who preceded her in death on March 31, 2016. Gladys Worked at several places, including Ford Motor Co., LewiSystems and American Pan in Urbana, OH. She loved working in her flower beds and mowing the yard, but most of all helping her grandson, Matthew Roberts, on the farm. She is survived by her children Sue Conley, Donna Fox, Darrell (Sherry) Fox, Tonya Fisher, Tammy (David) Back, Sherri (Marc) Supinger and Jeff (Tammie) Scott; sisters Lucy (Ralph) Myers and Eunice Anderson; 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband she is preceded in death by her son-in-law Calvin Conley; daughter-in-law Mary Blevins Fox; brothers Earl, Clifford, Carl and Robert Moore; and sisters Hazel, Kathren, Wilma and Audrey Sue. Visitation will be held Friday, December 30, 2022, from 11am-1pm with the service to honor Gladys beginning at 1:00pm at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home, New Carlisle, Ohio.
