88, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away Tuesday, August 1, 2017. She was born September 17, 1928 in Coeburn, Virginia. She is survived by her children, Robert Hobbs, James (Barbara) Hobbs, Margaret (Edward) Holloway, Wayne (Terry) Hobbs; 7 grandchildren; 8 great grandchildren; 2 great great-grandchildren; a brother, Hershel Edwards; a sister, June Fields; other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her husband, George Hobbs; a daughter, Betty Ann Hobbs; and a brother, Vernon Jackson; a sister, Bertha Odle. Visitation will be 10-11 AM Saturday, August 5, 2017 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio with funeral services at 11 AM in the funeral home. Burial will be in New Carlisle Cemetery.
