Ethel I. Jenkins

Jenkins, Ethel I., 61 of Springfield died on June 24, 2023, in Kindred Hospice.  She was born in Springfield, Ohio on February 26, 1962, the daughter of Christopher Herman Joseph and Edna Mabel Behrens.  Prior to her illness, she worked in the Deli at Walmart.  Ethel also had worked at Tim Hortons and Speedway.  In her spare time, she enjoyed working in her yard and going to garage sales.  She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers; one sister; and niece Brenda Smith.  Survivors include her husband Mark A. Jenkins, whom she married July 17, 1994; children Chris (Bri) Ryan, Tonya Jenkins, and Kenny Peyatt; sisters Betty Sparks, Mary Hall, Thelma Sigmon, Mildred Campbell, and Debra (Tom) Kane; five grandchildren; six brothers-in-law; many nieces and nephews.  Services to honor Ethel will be Friday at 7:00PM in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME with visitation beginning at 6:00PM.  Expressions of sympathy may be made at www.richardsraffanddunbar.com.
