Elma Kay Wilson, 81 went home to be with our Heavenly Father and her loving husband on Monday, November 18, 2024. She was born on October 31, 1943, the daughter of the late Earl J. Collier and Effie S. (Dillion) Collier. Elma was a member of The Church of Nazarene, Dayton, Ohio. She was a part of the Citizen’s Patrol in Chiefland, Florida. Elma loved the outdoors and nature. She is survived by 9 children: Lannie and Jackie Collier, Jeffrey and Denise Wilson, Casey Lynch, Craig Wilson, Brenda and Bill Kirke, Kimberly Teague, Melissa and Buck Turner, Kelly Peterson, Sherri and Joe Haywood. She also had 26 grandchildren, 41 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews. Elma also had lots of other relatives and friends. Elma is preceded in death by her loving husband, James Andrew Wilson, son James Anthony Wilson (Tony), son-in-law, Gary Teague, daughter-in-law Mary Lynch, brother Rodger Collier, sister Violet Cantrell, two grandchildren, Kristen Hastings and Charles Lynch and two great-grandchildren Brittany and Tyler. There are no services per Kay’s wishes. The family would like to thank all the staff at Vancrest of New Carlisle for all the love and care they gave Kay. You are all truly a village of love.
