Douglas C. Schilling

Douglas Schilling age 30 of Mechanicsburg passed away on Wednesday, April 5, 2023.  He was born the son of Chris Schilling & Christina (Marshall) Lucero on October 22, 1992, in Springfield, Ohio.  He is preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Douglas Schilling; maternal grandfather James Marshall; paternal great grandfather John White.  Douglas is survived by his beloved wife Kailey (Swiger) Schilling; daughter Dawn Marie Schilling; son Jackson Schilling; mother Christina (Charles) Lucero of Mechanicsburg; father Chris Schilling of Springfield; brother Brian Schilling of Mechanicsburg; sister Brittany (Adam) Bowens of Springfield; 3 step siblings Kaylee, Kyle, & Corey Lucero all of New Paris; paternal grandmother Joyce White; maternal grandmother Carol Marshall; paternal great grandmother Barbara White; mother & father in law Donna & Charles Swiger; brother in law Jacob Swiger; grandmother in law Bonita Foust; aunt in law Jennifer Foust; niece Addilynn; nephews Blake, & C.J.; several aunts, uncles, cousins, & many friends.  Douglas was a loving husband, daddy, son, brother, & friend.  He will be missed by all of those who love him.  Douglas enjoyed playing video games, fishing, & most of all spending quality time with his family, especially his kids.  Friends & family may call on Thursday, April 13, 2023, from 11AM-12PM at RICHARDS, RAFF, & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME 838 E.
