Dorotha M. Penn

Dorotha M. Penn, 102, passed away Tuesday, February 7, 2017. She was born October 9, 1914 in Dayton, the daughter of the late Stanley E. and Mary E. (O-Dwyer) Grice. Dorotha loved bowling and making homemade costumes that she used to spread cheer to the residents of Brookhaven, where she resided. She is preceded in death by her husband Hawley M. Penn in 2003; son Larry A. Penn; daughter-in-law Nancy C. Penn; one sister; and five brothers. Dorotha is survived by her son Roger Penn; granddaughter April M. (Eric) Hamp; great-granddaughters Areyna and Adaline; numerous nieces and nephews. Private services were held graveside in Woodland Cemetery of Dayton.
