Doris Jean Law

Doris Jean Law, 82, of New Carlisle, passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2022. She was born on March 2, 1940, the daughter of the late William “Bill” & Rose Moore. Doris retired from the dietary department at Belle Manor of New Carlisle, she was very dedicated to the residents, making sure the residents were always taken care of. Doris was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and a doting great-grandmother. She is preceded in death by her husband Phillip Law; sister Judy Christy, Cheryl Roher and Linda Moore; and brothers Denny Moore, Art Moore and Terry Moore. Doris is survived by her children Robin (Brian) Smith, Steven Law, Boyd (Anita) Law, Belinda Law and Judy Ann (Barry) Law-Graham; brother Tim Moore; sisters Sandy Duncan, Karen (Joe) Inman, Brenda Moore and Colene Moore; grandchildren Doris Darlene Law, Judy Kohorst, Shannon (Scott) Leo, Robert Adam (Emily) Carter, Cheyenne (Robin) Smith, Chakara (Jeremy) Trick, Malinda (Mike) Ballew, Mireya Melton, Logan (Bridgette) Law and Phillip Curtis Graham; 30 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
