Donna Jean Newman

Donna Jean Newman, age 65, of Springfield, Ohio, passed away on August 6, 2024. She was born in Springfield on June 13, 1959, to the late Ralph and Betty Smith. In addition to her parents Donna was preceded in death by her husband of over 20 years, Charlie Newman.

Donna is survived by her daughters: Brandi (James) Kohut and Tracy (Brian) McKnight; grandchildren: Brooke (Bruce) Osborne, Meagan Valerio, Hunter McKnight, Madison McKnight, Liam, and Lily; great granddaughter: Octavia; siblings: Linda (Steve) Kellough, Kelly Ward, and Ralph Smith, fur babies: Oreo and Sandy; as well as many other family and friends.

Donna spent many years working as the office manager for Fox Podiatry. She was especially close to her sister, Linda, who was her rock and biggest supporter throughout life. She loved spending time with her family and dogs, relaxing at home, or going on adventures with Linda. Donna loved her girls and grandchildren more than anything and held a special place in her heart for her great grandbaby, Octavia Kaye.
