Donna L. Hartman

Donna L. Hartman age 96 of New Carlisle passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2024, at her residence peacefully in her sleep.  She was born the daughter of Harold Ray & Mary Elizabeth (Baumgardner) Foley on May 31, 1927, in Springfield, Ohio.  She is preceded in death by her parents; husband Richard S. Hartman of 70 years; infant son Michael; siblings Charles Foley, Phyllis Weaver, Robert Foley, Ella Faye Beaver, & Ralph Foley.  Donna is survived by her beloved children Linda Wood of New Carlisle, Connie Bishop of New Carlisle, Stephen (Raynell) Hartman of Kentucky, & Rick (Pam) Hartman of Springfield; sister-in-law Anne Foley; 11 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; family of John & Donna Lindner; several nieces, nephews, & a host of friends & church family.  Donna was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother & friend. She will be missed by all of those who love her.  Donna was a hard-working farmer.  She enjoyed gardening, canning vegetables.  Her family always looked forward to her homemade pies.  Friends & family may call on Tuesday, February 20, 2024, from 10AM – 11AM at North Hampton Community Church 110 Community Dr. North Hampton, Ohio where a funeral service will be held at 11AM with Pastor Jim Welch officiating.  Interment to follow in Glen Haven Memorial Gardens.
