Donald L. Sherman

Sherman, Donald L., 83 of Springfield, passed away March 14, 2023, at Mercy Springfield Regional Hospital., with his family present.  He was born in Sunbury, Ohio on May 24, 1939, the son of late George and Hazel Sherman.  He was a graduate of Olentangy High School.  He was a member of Teamsters 413 Retirees Club.  Don was a retired farmer; retired city driver with Commercial – Lovelace and Yellow Freight.  He was a member of Rural Chapel UM Church.  He was a licensed ham radio operator (AB8KA).  Survivors include his wife Barbara Sherman; son and daughter in law, David and Jill Sherman and many friends and family.  A private family celebration of life will take place at a later date.  Arrangements entrusted to RICHARDS, RAFF, & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME.  Expressions of sympathy may be left at www.richardsraffanddunbar.com
