Donald E. Berrier, Jr.

Donald E. Berrier Jr., age 67, of South Charleston passed away on Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at Kettering Medical Center while surrounded by his loving family. Donald was born the son of Donald E. Sr. & Joyce Ann (Donnenwirth) Berrier on February 29, 1956, in Shelby, Ohio. He is preceded in death by his parents. Donald is survived by his beloved wife Louise; sons Nate (Jessica) Berrier, & Jacob (Regan Gong) Berrier; sisters Shelly (Bobby) Treolo, & Paula Lewis; pups Ava & Pip; numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. Donald was a loving husband, father, brother, and friend. Donald was a longtime member of First Presbyterian Church of South Charleston. One of Donald’s true passions was being a Brother in the Free & Accepted Masons of Ohio. He was a longtime member of Fielding Lodge #192 F&AM. He was generous with his time volunteering as a 4-H advisor and for United Senior Services. Donald enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, camping, cooking, but especially enjoyed spending quality time with his family. A gathering of friends & family will be held on Sunday, July 30, 2023, from 1PM – 4PM at First Presbyterian Church 15 N. Chillicothe St. South Charleston, Ohio 45368 with Masonic Services at 3:45, Memorial service 4PM with Pastors Aaron White & Carl Ruby officiating. Arrangements in care of RICHARDS, RAFF, & DUNBAR, MEMORIAL HOME. Memorial contributions may be made in Donald’s honor to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
