Dolores R. Collins

Dolores R. Collins, 84, of Springfield passed away Tuesday, June 13, 2017 in the Heartland of Springfield. She was born July 7, 1932 in Springfield, Ohio the daughter of Earl Jacob and Helen (Leonard) Bruney. She was a Cub Scout Den Leader and a 4-H Advisor.Dolores loved gardening and traveling.She was preceded in death by her husband of 56 years, Ronald J. Collins; her parents; sisters Caroline Neer and Carol Bruney; and daughter Ellen Collins. Survivors include her children Diane Collins and Perry Collins; four grandchildren;four great-grandchildren; as well as many nieces and nephews. Services to honor Dolores will be held Saturday, June 24 at 12:00 PM in the RICHARDS, RAFF &DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME with Rev. Stephen Foster officiating. Visitation will began at 10:00 AM. Memorial contributions in honor of Dolores may be made to the Tecumseh Council, Boy Scouts of America, 326 S. Thompson Ave, Springfield, Ohio 45506.
