Devona Ruth "Bunny" Alexander

Devona Ruth “Bunny” Alexander 81, of New Carlisle passed away October 1, 2022. She was born January 11, 1941, in Richmond, Kentucky to the late David & Elura Barrett. She worked for at Medway Lanes as a bartender and cook & VFW Post #9966 as a bartender.  She enjoyed cooking, watching baseball, family functions and enjoyed her grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, Robert (Jody) Alexander, Jr.; daughters, Marsha (Kerry) Glaser & Elura Ford; brothers Lendon (Joyce) Barrett & Denzel (Janie) Barrett; sister, Carolyn McKinney; six grandchildren, nine great grandchildren and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.

Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her husband Robert Alexander, Sr., grandson Robert Alexander, III. A gathering of family and friends will be held Thursday, October 6, 2022, from 11-1pm at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 1pm.
