Dennis "Denny" E. Post

POST, Dennis E. “Denny” 72, of New Carlisle died Wednesday, November 15th, 2023.  He was born August 25th, 1951 to the late Wesley Ray and Barbara Jean (Strole) Post in Akron, Ohio. After graduating from Doylestown High School, Dennis enlisted in the U.S. Air Force where he met and married the love of his life, “Lin,” with whom he just celebrated 51 years of marriage. He worked at WPAFB for over 30 years, retiring in 2007. After retirement, he and his wife spent their winters in Florida where he indulged in catching and eating fish. He was president of the Dayton RC Boat Club for 20 years. In his pastime, Dennis enjoyed exploring his passions for boating, fishing, technology, music, photography, and watching The Ohio State Buckeyes and Cleveland Browns play. He was the best husband, dad, grandpa, brother and friend.

Dennis is survived by his loving wife; Linda (née Conley) Post; son Bradley (Rhonda) Post; daughter Sharon (Clifton) Clark; grandsons Ethan, Logan and Brandon Clark; sister Sandra (the late Dave) Lusk; brother Wesley Eugene (Mary) Post; brother Scott (Tina) Post; many nieces, nephews, and countless other family and friends who will miss him greatly.
