Deborah S. Stoops

Stoops, Deborah S., 59 of Columbus passed away September 6, 2022, in her residence.  She was born in Springfield, Ohio on February 12, 1963.  She was a proud member of AA, she enjoyed reading her bible, playing games, but what gave her the most joy was her family, especially her grandkids.  Deborah was preceded in death by her husband Larry Stoops; her Gram Glenna; and her best friend Rita.  Survivors include her companion of 24 years Cecil “Gene” Dixon; children Holly (Vinnie) Curtsinger, Andy (Rachael) Shelton, and Brandee Dixon; grandchildren Marvin, Heavenleigh, Brianna Curtsinger, Claire and Garrett Shelton, and Richard Dixon; best friends Tammy Dugan and Jimmy Daniels; two great-grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.  A memorial gathering of family and friends will take place on Thursday, September 15, 2022, from 5-7PM in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME.  Expressions of sympathy may be made at www.richardsraffanddunbar.com .
