Deborah King

Deborah King age 69 of Springfield, passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2024 at Springfield Regional Medical Center.  She was born the daughter of Richard & Donna (DeWitt) Bayliss on May 5, 1955 in Springfield, Ohio.  She is preceded in death by her mother; uncle Robert DeWitt.  Deborah is survived by her father; siblings Terry (Connie) Bayliss of Springfield, Rebecca Plant of Springfield & James (Gloria) Bayliss of Springfield; nieces & nephews Jenny, Jill, Jack, Michael, Andrew, Ryan, Tyler, & Jason; several great nieces & nephews along with other extended family & a host of friends.  Deborah was a loving daughter, sister, aunt & friend.  She will be missed by all of those who love her.  Deborah graduated from Shawnee High School class of 1973 & most recently worked for McKinnon’s Garden Center.  Deborah enjoyed the outdoors & spent her free time camping, hiking & tending to her flowers. She had numerous feline companions & was known to take care of the neighborhood cats who did not have a home.  A Memorial Gathering will be held on Thursday, December 12, 2024 from 11AM -11:30AM at RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME 838 E. High St. Springfield, Ohio with prayers at 11:30 Rev.
