David E. Duncan

David E. Duncan, 75, of New Carlisle, passed away on Monday, July 18, 2022. He was born on June 12, 1947 in Dayton, the son of the late Frank E. and Geneva Duncan, Sr. Dave was a US Army Veteran serving in the Vietnam War. He was a wonderful father and husband. Dave is survived by his wife of 56 years Sandra L. Duncan; daughter Dawn R. (Shelley Fullenkamp) Duncan; brothers Frank E. Duncan, Jr. and Bob B. Duncan; numerous nieces and nephews. A gathering of family and friends will be held Saturday, August 6, 2022 from 2-4 pm at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home.
