DEBOARD, David O'Carey 48, of Tampa, Florida passed away Friday, August 14, 2015. He was born April 11, 1967 in Dayton, Ohio the son of the late Charles & Joan (Freese) DeBoard. He is survived by five brothers and a sister; Beth (Roger) Vest, Scott (Debby) Deboard, Tim (Cris) DeBoard, Chris (Michael Steddenbenz) DeBoard, Mark (Lillian) DeBoard, Allen John; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation will be 10-12 PM Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio with funeral services at 12 noon in the funeral home.
