Dale E. "Woody" Woodruff

Woodruff, Sr., Dale E. (Woody), 71 of Springfield passed away Jan. 10, 2023, at Southbrook Care Center.  He was born on May 8 ^th , 1951, in Niles, Michigan, the son of Frank and Audrey (Randolph) Woodruff. Dale had many hobbies, but his love were hotrods. Dale had many master certificates in automotive from ASE. Dale started his own hotrod shop “Woody’s Rod and Custom” and shared his love for hotrods with his children.  He is survived by his children Dale (Tamara) Woodruff Jr., Katina Woodruff, Shaun (Toni) Woodruff, Brian Woodruff, and Jimmy (Amber) Adkins; brother Rick (Beth) Woodruff and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Dale was preceded in death by his parents, wife Brenda, twin DellaMae, stepbrother Charles Woodruff and his sisters Shirley Lambert, Sharlene Botkin and Dian Botkin. Services to honor Dale will be Monday, Jan. 16, 2023, at Noon in the Rose Hill Burial Park Chapel. Family and friends may call beginning at 11:30AM.
