Cynthia Foster

Foster, Cynthia L., 69 of Springfield passed away December 19, 2021 in the Springfield Regional Medical Center. She was born in Springfield, Ohio on August 29, 1952, the daughter of James E. and Edith I. Ketchell. Cynthia was a member of the Jehovah’s Witnesses West and a graduate of Shawnee High School in 1970. She had worked at Hill’s Department Store as a clerk until they closed. Cynthia was preceded in death by her parents; husband Randy Foster in 1993; sisters Patricia Looney and Connie Montgomery; and infant brother Larry Lee Smith. Survivors include her daughter Danielle (Jessie) Melton; brother Jim (Paulette) Ketchell; grandchildren Melinda (Cody), Mackenzie, Mickell, Tristian and Nevaeh; and four great-grandchildren.
