Constance Lynn Burr

Constance Lynn Burr, 78, of Springfield, OH, passed away on March 29, 2024. She was born January 25, 1946, in Springfield, OH. Constance moved with her family to Tucson, AZ, where she graduated from San Manuel High School. After High School she returned to Springfield, worked at Olan Mills, and met and married Kenneth “Ron” Burr. Constance was a long-time member of St. Bernards Catholic Church, where she also volunteered while her children were young. She was a loving mother, a Girl Scout troop leader and square danced with several clubs for over 30 years. Constance retired from Springfield-Clark Career Technology Center in 2009 after working in the cafeteria. Later in life she enjoyed traveling with friends and her husband. Constance is survived by her husband Kenneth “Ron” Burr; daughters Lori (James Trumbo) Burr and Julie Burr; son David Burr; grandchildren Lily and Chloe; sisters Brenda Jones and Jennifer Sutter; brothers Robert Corrigan and Chris Corrigan; numerous nieces, nephews, and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents Robert L. and Lillian P. Corrigan. Visitation will be held Thursday, April 4, 2024, from 12:30-1:30pm with the funeral beginning at 1:30pm at Richards, Raff & Dunbar Memorial Home. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Burial Park.
