Chad Ryan Lane Fields

Chad Ryan Lane Fields, 50 of New Carlisle passed away unexpectedly January 1, 2023, at his home. He was born April 27, 1972, in Dayton to the late Glenn & Linda Fields. He volunteered his time on Fridays at the BCU food pantry. Chad was active in his church, New Carlisle Church of the Brethren. He enjoyed woodworking, loved to be outdoors and fishing. He would often be seen walking around town and loved being with people especially his family. He is survived by his sister, Tammi (Don) Doggett; brother, Joel (Karel) Johnson; nephews, Benjamin (Anna), Justin (Christy) & Cameron (Jess) Doggett; niece Hannah (Bill) Bradford; aunt, Betty Patton; cousins, Tia (Jim) Hamlin & Todd Patton; 14 great nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held at New Carlisle Church of the Brethren on Saturday, January 28th at 11am with visitation one hour prior from 10-11am.
