Carolyn Sue Dean

Carolyn Sue Dean 73 of Springfield was called home to heaven on June 13, 2023 surrounded by her loved ones at Northwood Skilled Nursing Center. Carolyn was an avid reader and enjoyed reading her bible every day. Carolyn will be remembered for the time she spent with her family and when she wasn’t with the grandkids and family you would see her crocheting or reading. These memories will live on with her loved one that will miss her dearly. Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents Elmer Alfred and Sarah Catherine Jane (Cline). Brothers Junior and Raymond ; Sister Frannie. Her survivors include her loving husband of 45 year Jackie l. Dean, Her sons Vernon Kennedy and Jack (Jewel) Kennedy. Her Daughters Christine Kennedy, Sherry Bowman, Jackie ( Donnie) Waldron, Rebecca (John) Robinson, Jodi ( David) Henslee, Heather ( Greg) Picklesimer and Dionne Palmer. Many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews along with many more extended family members.A memorial gathering of friends & family will be held on Wednesday, June 28, 2023, from 12PM -1PM at RICHARDS, RAFF, & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME 838 E.
