Carolyn K. Clay

Carolyn K. Clay, 74 of Springfield passed away June 13, 2016 in her residence. She was born in London, Ohio on September 11, 1941, the daughter of Everett and Gertrude Bateman. Carolyn was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands Bobby Marstella and Douglas K. Clay; daughter Caroline Clay; brothers Leonard and Charles; sister and brother-in-law Patty (Don) Goldhardt. Survivors include her sons James Marstella, Denny Marstella and Frank (Liz) Clay; brothers John (Brenda) Bateman and Larry (Fusako) Bateman; sister-in-law Sheila Bateman; 6 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews. A memorial service to honor Carolyn will be Thursday, June 16, 2016 at 6:30 PM in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME with Pastor Marty Dennis of High Street Church of the Nazarene officiating.
