BATES, Candace L. 45, of New Carlisle, Ohio passed away Saturday, July 18, 2015. She was born May 30, 1970 in Springfield, Ohio the daughter of Robin (Gebauer) Purtee & Paul Bates. She is survived by her parents, Robin (Michael) Purtee, Paul (Sharon) Bates; a daughter, Natasha (Brandon) Winslow; a son, John Davenport; three grandchildren; Kylie, Colton & Caleb; a brother, Bob Fugett; friend, Mark Palmer; multiple cousins, uncles, aunts, other relatives and friends.
