Burlin Lynn Boggs

Burlin Lynn Boggs, 76, of Tipp City passed away surrounded by his family on June 22, 2024. He was born in Portsmouth to the late Burlin & Virginia Boggs. He was a graduate of Tecumseh High School class of 1966. Lynn owned and operated Lynn’s Associated Services for 45 years in the New Carlisle area. He loved fishing, bowling, playing cards, traveling, and spending time with his family. He often supported local youth sports in the community he grew up in. He was rooted in his family and to know Lynn was to love him. Lynn is survived by his wife of 41 years Johanna Boggs; children, Tim Boggs, Scott (Coleen) Boggs & Jessica Boggs (Jeremy) Saylor; grandchildren, Chris, Ashley, Nathan, Jacob, Brian, Ericka, Alexis; 11 great-grandchildren; siblings, Janis (Marty) Sharp & Jay (Elizabeth) Boggs and many many other friends and relatives. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by, his daughter Tracy Phipps & daughter in law Denise Boggs. Visitation will be held at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, from 3pm- 4pm with a memorial service to follow at 4pm.
