Betty Eileen Snow

Betty Eileen Snow, 95, a lifetime resident of Springfield passed away Saturday, March 4, 2017 in Oakwood Village. She was born here December 30, 1921 the daughter of Vere C. and Goldie B. (Nisley) Taylor and graduated from Springfield High School. Betty was a member of Grace United Methodist Church and had a variety of interests. She was a doll collector, cake decorator, floral designer, and enjoyed gardening and reading. Betty loved her dogs and considered them part of the family. She is survived by three children James C. "Skip" (Kathryn) Snow of Dayton, Cindy Snow of Springfield, and Kyle Snow of Dayton; three grandchildren; thirteen great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her husband James K. Snow. Memorial services will be held Friday at 5:00 PM. in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME. The family will receive visitors for one hour prior to the service. Private interment in Ferncliff Cemetery.
