Beatrice M. "Bb" Holmes

Beatrice M. "BB" Holmes, 84 of Springfield passed away August 28, 2016 in the Southbrook Care Center. She was born in Springfield, Ohio on October 22, 1931, the daughter of Parry and Sarah Harris. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Sherwood Holmes; daughter Cindy Ryan; sister Betty Jones; brothers Jack Harris and Lloyd Swyers . Survivors include her son Terry (Kathy) Harris; step son Sherwood H. Holmes; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews including special niece Judy (Bill) Brown and great Niece and nephew Peyton and Ethan Myers. The family would like to thank the staff at Southbrook, especially the activities department, BB loved Gary, Becky and Carol. Special friends Eve, Carol, Sara, Joyce, Cheryl, Tammy, Janet and Edna. Also Optum Hospice for their tender love and care for BB and the family. Services to honor Beatrice will be Thursday at 1:00PM in the RICHARDS, RAFF & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME.
