Barbara A. Fogle

Barbara A. Fogle, 88, of New Carlisle, passed away surrounded by her family, Sunday, December 29, 2024. She was born April 29, 1936, in Findlay, OH, the daughter of the late James and Thelma Hackenberger. Barb worked as a hairdresser in New Carlisle for over 25 years. She was a member of the United Missionary Church. Barb was a loving person and lived her life as a caregiver to many. Most of all she loved spending time with her family. Barb is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years Gene T. Fogle; and siblings Ruth Shepherd, Mary Robinson, Joan Fisher, Janet Harris, James E. Hackenberger, and Lou Mefford. She is survived by her daughters Karen (Jack) Wender and Cindy (Wallace) Hipp; grandchildren Jaclyn (Chris) Walters, Brittany (Zachory) Siddle, Zachary (Jennifer) Hipp, Robert Andy Wender, and Sarah (Stevie) Kendall; great-grandchildren Madison, Jacob, Kaley, Lucas, Nora, Cole, Asher, and Adeline; great-great grandson Jackson; sisters Jeanie Eisenhut and Sarah Tarzinski; numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Friday, January 3, 2025, from 10-11am with the funeral beginning at 11:00am at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home.
