ARTHUR H. PEOPLES

89, of Medway, Ohio passed away on February 27, 2016 at Bethany Village, Centerville. He was born April 19, 1926, the son of the late Frank H. and Bessie (Yowler) Peoples. A beloved husband, father, grandfather, uncle and friend, he was a member of the Brandt United Methodist Church, and retired from Duriron as a pattern maker. Art served in the Army during WWII as a medic. He enjoyed woodworking, attending auctions & collecting. He is survived by his four children: Mary Sutton, Vickie Peoples, John Peoples, and Michael Peoples; grandchildren Colin and Zoey Packard, Dan, Joe, and AJ Peoples, Maria and Mikaela Peoples; his sister, Betty Weckhorst of Jacksonville, Florida; nieces , nephews and caring friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Mae Fern Peoples, sisters, Mary Woodard, Ada Zeller and Dorothy Knickerbocker. Visitation will be 5-8 PM Tuesday, March 1, 2016 at the TROSTEL, CHAPMAN, DUNBAR & FRALEY FUNERAL HOME, New Carlisle, Ohio. Funeral services will 10 AM Wednesday in the funeral home. Burial will be in Medway Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to SICSA, 2600 Wilmington Pike, Kettering, Ohio 45419.
