Ann Chase

Ann Chase 85, of New Carlisle, formerly of Dayton, Ohio, passed away suddenly as a result of an auto accident on December 26, 2023. She was born to the late Frank and Alice Albert on May 22, 1938, and grew up in the Springfield area. She graduated from Northwestern High School in 1956. Ann went on to complete an associate’s degree at Sinclair Community College. She enjoyed crocheting and participated in some crafting local groups. Ann was a 20+ year breast cancer survivor. She is survived by her children Pete Chase, Mike Chase, Suzanne Chase, Mark D. Chase; grandchildren, Sarah Chase, Tarah McCarthy, Mark D. Chase Jr. & Josh Chase; seven great grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; three siblings, and other relatives and friends. Along with her parents she is preceded in death by her daughter Jackie Sue Chase and her sister & brother. Visitation will be held at Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home, in New Carlisle on Monday, January 8, 2023, from 6 pm- 8 pm with the service to follow at 8 pm.
