Agnes Andrew

Agnes Andrew went to be with Jesus, on Friday, November 24, 2023, at Miami Valley Hospital. She was born December 10, 1942, in Oneida Kentucky, to the late Clarence and Edna (Baker) Chesnut.

She is survived by her husband of 59 years, Jim; grandson Christopher Rhom and wife Sarah of Akron, Ohio; granddaughter Amanda Rohm of Bristol, Tennessee, and great-granddaughter Sophia.

Preceding her in death were her daughter Vicki Rhom; brothers, Jack Chestnut, Glenn (Lynn) Chesnut, Jim (Alene) Chesnut; sister, Eva (Charles) Combs.

Agnes was a member of First Baptist Church New Carlisle where she taught 2nd grade for 40 years.

She was very kind and caring; Agnes would always take time to send cards or share delicious cookies she would bake. She will be greatly missed by all who were blessed to know her.

Services will be held at First Baptist Church New Carlisle 8870 Ohio 571, New Carlisle, OH, on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, at 12 noon with visitation two hours prior from 10 am to 12 pm. Burial will follow at New Carlisle Cemetery.
