Trostel, Chapman, Dunbar & Fraley Funeral Home secretary Phyllis Flannery has been involved in funeral service since 2000. A lifelong Clark County resident, Phyllis grew up a member of St. John’s Lutheran Church. Her husband Ray E. Flannery, who is retired from International Truck & Engine, has also lived in Clark County all his life, and together, they have two sons: Matthew, who lives in the Tipp City/Troy area, and Greg, who lives in Clark County. The Flannery’s also have three grandchildren, and a beloved pet Bassett Hound rounds out their family. An “outdoorsy” person, Phyllis loves camping and boating, and when weather forces her to stay inside, she enjoys a variety of crafts.
